Through the Washington Post, I found out about a cupcake social taking place at Fresh this Wednesday! Here's the scoop -

"Georgetown boutique Fresh is hosting a cupcake social with frosted confections from neighbor Georgetown Cupcake, champagne and markdowns of up to 70 percent on the store's wares.
