After a successful 2009, Charm City Cupcakes is celebrating the launch of the Mini Cupcake Factory Catering Company! With more than 65 Flavors, the Mini Cupcake Factory will serve the MD, DC and VA areas. I would list all the flavors here, but we'd be here for a longggg time.
